ABOUT US

Taste of Sikkim, as our name suggests, brings the flavours of Sikkim Hills to the rest of India.
The brand was founded as a result of the search for genuine Momos. As momos are also the staple food of Tibet, Nepal and other parts of the Himalayas, we have incorporated a few more offerings from the region apart from Sikkim as well.

Pooja Sharma Gaur

After a successful stint of working with the aviation industry as an air hostess, Pooja who was always an ardent fan of cooking & eating Sikkimese food since childhood, began manifesting her dream of opening the world to the authentic Sikkimese taste with TOS.
Ms. Pooja wanted people to taste the authentic Sikkimese momos. She started a small kiosk in her housing society, and after receiving a lot of positive feedback, she moved into a more prominent location to serve a larger audience.
She has curated dishes that are beautiful works of art and an ode to the North East culinary culture. She feels a strong intrinsic connection to each dish presented in the menu.
