After a successful stint of working with the aviation industry as an air hostess, Pooja who was always an ardent fan of cooking & eating Sikkimese food since childhood, began manifesting her dream of
opening the world to the authentic Sikkimese taste with TOS.
Ms. Pooja wanted people to taste the authentic Sikkimese momos.
She started a small kiosk in her housing society, and after receiving
a lot of positive feedback, she moved into a more prominent location
to serve a larger audience.
